My very first engineering project that I had did are a LED Broad that is a able to put in a case and programmable with LED. It is a Broad with nine by sixteen LED. It is a project that gets me into liking doing engineering. I feel it is fun to build something with my own hand.

Resistors Reindeer
The "Saturday Thing" at the Edgerton Center is an Saturday program on for people who want to come in and do interesting projects with the help of MIT students.
This is an art project that I use engineering to finish in the Saturday Thing. It is a reindeer made out of wires, resistors, and a LED powered by a pack of batteries in the back. The first half is done two MIT students Mary and Afsah. It was their 6970 project, but they stop working on it and leave it in the MIT Edgerton Center. I had seen it there for a long time and no one is working on it any more. Then I ask Ed Moriarty, an instructor at the MIT Edgerton Center, if I can finish that project. I had use about a few hundreds of resistor to finish building this.
The Hovercraft (2009)
Every summer in the MIT Edgerton Center, there is a Engineering and Design Workshop. It is a program had a group of high school student with the help of MIT students.
In my first year in the program, I work with other high school student to build our first Hovercraft with fans. As a team, we improved the hovercraft to run only on batteries and use fan because making one with gas leaf blower is too easy.
FIRST Robotics
Aside from being in the Saturday Thing MIT Edgerton Center, I have been part of the O'Bryant's First robotics team since my sophomore year. First robotics is my favorite after school program. In my First team, I work as one of the captain, a mechanic, and the one draw up the CAD drawing of the robots in SolidWorks.
In my first year on the team, it was make out of only first timer. We were able to get 7th out of 53 team. At first we don't know much about each other, but in the end we grow to know each other very well to become like family.
Liquid Light (2009)
Liquid Light is a project to show light had total internal reflection in water and to be displace in the MIT Museum when they reopen the Museum with the displace for Doc. Edgerton. It had been displace in MIT Museum to get more people know about the Edgerton Center and get them into like engineering.
The Quadrotor (2010)
In my second year of Edgerton Center Engineering and Design summer program, a group of students and I designed and put together a quadrotor with the help of MIT graduate student Shane Colton throughout the building process. The quadrotor was designed using Solidworks (a 3D CAD design software) then built with carbon fiber tubes according to the CAD files.
Our final objective was to create a set of instructions on how to make a quadrotor. When we published it on Instructables.com, it became one of the popular pages!
Keychain Heart
My First robotics team are not well funded like the other teams, so we need to do some funding for the team. One thing that I do for funding are to sell holiday keychain. I draw up a SolidWork filed of the keychain and cut it out with help of Ed Moriarty to use a laser cutter to cut out the keychain. It was a big sale in my school, we were able to sell almost all of what we get and make a few hundred dollar.
Electric Scooter (2011)
In the third year of Edgerton Center Engineering and Design summer, a group of students and I build a electric scooter. We want to make a electric car but it is going to be too big that it will not be able to stock in the Edgerton Center. So we made a scooter so it is easier to stock. It is a scooter that had a very strong motor. The scooter can go at least 30 miles per hour but we want it to be able to go on street so we set it to 20 miles per hour.
Work as a Translator in MIT Shakespeare Performances in Asia
In 2009, with the help of Ed Moriarty, an instructor at the MIT Edgerton Center, to connect me to the MIT Shakespeare project, I was able to get a job as a CC. My job was to translate the Chinese Shakespeare plays into English. In there I was able to put my Chinese into good use and my like for Chinese drama.
